NOTE: Applications close 4pm Thursday 2nd April 2026

Please complete the Application form

Either save the pdf to your computer, complete on screen and email us a copy, Or
Print the form out and complete, send us a paper copy or scan and email.

You and Your family images

Please email with your application 1 or 2 photos of you and your family.  A copy of the form will be sent to Japan and eventually to your hosts so a recent photo of your self and some family photos would be nice.

We require a copy of the photo and issue page of your passport. This is used to issue the air ticket and is also sent to Japan.  Please take a photo of the page and send it in with your application.

Program Deposit

The deposit of $690 is non-refundable (UNLESS we do not reach our minimum numbers of 10 students)

Whats Next?

  • Your will receive an acknowledgement email that your application and deposit has been received.  At this point we will ask you for any missing information.
  • An information pack will be sent to you once the trip has been confirmed.
  • Balance of fees will be due in July and you will be sent an invoice with payment details and deadlines.
  • Host Family Details will be sent to you in mid August. Following this information you will be able to exchange emails and photos with your host
